The staff was very friendly and helpful. Akin assisted us throughout our entire trip, along with all the other employees! i loved how close it was to everything. There were plenty of activities within walking distance. public transport was super easy to use from this spot. the breakfast was amazing also, with fresh food and so many choices.
the towels seemed a bit worn, with some noticeable stains. hopefully, this will be checked in the future.

The hotel has a pool and a hammam. I used both and it was wonderful! water and coffee were always restocked in the room. the hotel had mega views of the bosphorus, i can tell you!

The rooms are very very comfy and tidy. I secure hotel at the hotel. the location is near the metro and other public transportation options. It is also close to restaurants and shopping locations. the breakfast was great and i loved the view from the restaurant.

Hilal and other members of the staff were always ready to assist. They. The receptionist was kind, and the breakfast gentleman was helpful. The location proved great as well.
The furniture and the general color scheme of the room felt too dark. The old towels in the bathroom require an update. These details affected the overall impression.

The hotel was newly renovated, providing modern amenities. Guests enjoyed the large lobby where they could relax. The hotel is close to key transport stops, including metro and tram lines.
