fantastic city hotel experience
convenient location delicious food helpful staff excellent service
the location is really convenient for exploring the city i found the food delicious and the staff helpful they were always ready to assist with any questions i had cengüz and the team provided excellent service i appreciate the hospitality
the air conditioning did not work effectively it made the room uncomfortable i raised the issue daily but the problem persisted the technician looked at it but the temperature remained high

the staff offered prompt assistance and they were attentive to all requests i had the front desk team addressed my concerns quickly staff communication was effective i felt valued as a guest .

the breakfast selection included fresh pastries and fruits i enjoyed the variety of teas and coffee the dining area was clean and well organized staff members were quick to clear tables the breakfast service offered a good start to each day.

the hotel lobby features comfortable seating i noticed the availability of free wifi throughout the hotel the elevators were efficient and the fitness center included basic equipment i saw that the business center provided computers and printers.

friendly staff helpful staff great breakfast easy transport
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Akin assisted us throughout our entire trip, along with all the other employees! i loved how close it was to everything. There were plenty of activities within walking distance. public transport was super easy to use from this spot. the breakfast was amazing also, with fresh food and so many choices.
the towels seemed a bit worn, with some noticeable stains. hopefully, this will be checked in the future.

The hotel has a pool and a hammam. I used both and it was wonderful! water and coffee were always restocked in the room. the hotel had mega views of the bosphorus, i can tell you!

The rooms are very very comfy and tidy. I safety was good at the hotel. the location is near the metro and other public transportation options. It is also close to restaurants and shopping locations. the breakfast was great and i loved the view from the restaurant.

A Lovely Stay
great location helpful staff pleasant stay
Hilal and other members of the staff were always ready to assist. They. The receptionist was kind, and the breakfast gentleman was helpful. The location proved great as well.
The furniture and the general color scheme of the room felt too dark. The old towels in the bathroom require an update. These details affected the overall impression.
